Account & data deletion

We respect your right to privacy and data control. Two ways to permanently delete your account and all associated personal and sensor data.

Option 1 · Recommended

Delete in the app

1. Open the Securio mobile application.

2. Go to Profile → Settings.

3. Select Manage Account or Data & Privacy.

4. Tap Delete Account Permanently.

Option 2 · Direct request

Email our support team

If you can't access the app, email support@adevair.com with the subject "URGENT DATA DELETION REQUEST" and include the email associated with your account.

All data associated with your account is permanently deleted within 7 working days of confirmation of the request.
